Signing in
Learners sign in with the Plus ID and PIN printed on the card the school issued. The Plus ID is a 10-digit number — the same number the school uses for fees. After five wrong PINs the ID locks for 15 minutes.
Lost card or forgotten PIN? Ask the school office; only the school can reissue a PIN.
Parents
Create an account with your email address, then enter your child’s Plus ID and PIN to link them. You can link more than one child, and the same Plus ID links your child in Plus Pay and Plus Boda too.
The tutor
Pip guides one step at a time and never gives the final answer to graded work — that is by design. If Pip is unavailable, the app switches to its built-in tutor and keeps working offline.
Delete your account or a learner's data
Parents: Settings → Account → Delete account. Schools: remove the learner in the administrator directory. Or email us with the Plus ID and we delete the records within 30 days.
